All Articles published under the International Journal of Medical Science And Innovative Research (IJMSIR) are made freely available online immediately upon publication, without subscription barriers to access. Authors who choose to participate in the IJMSIR initiative and  have their articles freely available online will be asked to sign an open access licence agreement.
